Here at Smart’s Pyramid, we’re all about fun, brains, and big smiles. So if your puzzle experience leaves you scratching your head in frustration (and not in a good, “brain-boosting” way), we want to make it right.

Our Promise:
If you’re not absolutely delighted with your Smart’s Pyramid, we’ll help solve it — or refund it. Simple as that.

Here’s how it works:

• 30-Day Refunds: You have 30 days from the day you receive your Smart’s Pyramid to let us know if something’s not quite right.
• Condition: Your puzzle should be returned in the same condition you got it — we’re cool with opened boxes, but not missing pieces (those tend to break our puzzle-loving hearts).
• Refunds: Once your return makes it back to us, we’ll process your refund right away. Your bank might take a few extra days to show it on your statement.
• Exchanges: Absolutely. If you’d rather swap your pyramid for a different version, just let us know!
• Questions: Drop us a quick email at hello@smartspyramid.com. Tell us what’s up, and we’ll get back to you faster than you can stack four layers without matching colors.

Because at the end of the day, we want you smiling bigger than ever — preferably while triumphantly finishing your pyramid.
